November at THLC
With the days becoming shorter and temperatures dropping, it's clear winter is well on the way!
We know it's harder to keep active during the colder period. This November we have fantastic workshops taking place including a Sunday morning yoga practice, introductory lymphatic workshop, as well as a facial massage course. We are also excited to announce our new Yoga Flow class starting on Thursday mornings!
