Time To Breathe a Flow and Yin yoga workshop

Sunday 11th November 1pm - 4pm

Cost - £30 per person early bird until the end of October, £35 thereafter

Kristal started practicing Yoga in 2008. Her love for Yoga began when a friend introduced her to Iyengar yoga. Kristal went on to practice many styles of Yoga and felt very drawn to Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Teaching Yoga has meant that Kristal can share her positive experiences and energy to make a difference to people's lives.

The workshop

Many of us live very demanding, fast paced and stressful lifestyles. We very rarely get time to just breathe and be present. This workshop will give us a much needed break from our busy lives. It will invite us to let go of tension and tightness, allowing a deep relaxation and release to the stress we experience in the body and mind.

We will begin with a nourishing slow flowing movement meditation into grounding longer held Yin postures. Come and revel in spacious stillness.

Blissful yoga workshop

Sunday 18th November 10am - 1pm

Cost - £25 per person

Jo Shaw is a senior Vajrasati yoga teacher who teaches regular drop in classes at The Healthy Living Company.

Every other month, Jo holds a Sunday morning workshop, providing an opportunity for students to move more deeply into their practice.

“I always finish a drop in class wishing we had more time. Having three luxurious hours on a Sunday morning to allow our bodies to gently release is such a gift. My workshops are based on themes I’m exploring in my own practice. A longer session gives us time to explore a broader range of postures and yoga practices than we have time for in a drop in class. We also have plenty of time for a long relaxation session at the end, which is so needed when our lives are so busy.”

As a trained nurse, paediatric first aid trainer and mother, Sarah feels passionately that all parents should be trained in CPR and have basic first aid skills. We never know when an injury may happen to the people we love, or the people around us. Sarah believes that training in a supportive and welcoming environment will give you the skills to deal with a first aid situation calmly and confidently, should it arise.

Daisy First Aid training can provide you with the confidence and knowledge to stay calm and deal with accidents, emergencies and illnesses.
