Supported Vajrasati Yoga with Jo Shaw
For those who have injury, pain or confidence issues with their practice.
Yin Yoga with Katie Ford
A deeply nurturing practice in which you will explore longer held stretches giving you time to truly check in with the body and mind. You are encouraged to ‘find your edge’, using props (blocks, bolsters and blankets) to support you and then find stillness as you relax and release in to each pose for a few minutes.
Yin Yoga is a great addition to balance other more dynamic exercise. It can help to gradually increase mobility by stretching the deeper connective tissues surrounding the muscles (tendons, ligaments and fascia), improve joint health and relieve stress and anxiety.
Classes are suitable for all levels of experience.

This class is suitable for all levels and teaches you the tools to wind down and take better care of your mind and body, they are intricately connected after all. Chloe combines her experience as a nutritional therapist supporting women find accessible and sustainable stress management techniques to optimise digestion, improve energy levels and support a healthy weight.

A meditative approach to yoga with an emphasis placed on breath work to achieve release and relaxation. The perfect way to find calmness in mind and body.
This class is designed to align and calm your mind, body and spirit. It is suitable for all levels including beginners! £9 per drop in.
