Slow Flow Yoga
Enjoy a dedicated space to slowing down and tuning in, the perfect mid-week re-balance. Meet your breath where it’s at, and get better connected with your own inner teacher; learning to respond to what you need both on and off the mat. Leave feeling grounded, more connected, and lighter in body and mind. This class is suitable for all levels and teaches you the tools to wind down and take better care of your mind and body, they are intricately connected after all. Chloe combines her experience as a nutritional therapist supporting women find accessible and sustainable stress management techniques to optimise digestion, improve energy levels and support a healthy weight.
Slower paced than our Vinyasa class yet still flowing, enjoy working on your alignment and breathing while you build strength and flexibility.
Mum and Baby Yoga (Babies aged 6 weeks - crawling)
Both mum and baby are exercised and entertained in this gorgeous class. It enables mums to reconnect with their bodies through a gentle yoga workout, and it’s great for bonding with your little one and meeting other mums.
A supportive class that will give you the time and space you need to exercise confidently and safely. Breath and movement techniques can help ease common ailments such as swollen joints and lower back aches, whilst reducing anxiety and improving sleep. Even if you've never practised yoga before it is one of the best exercises you can do during your pregnancy and helps in preparation for labour.
