Mum and Baby Yoga
Both mum and baby are exercised and entertained in this gorgeous class. It enables mums to reconnect with their bodies through a post-natal yoga workout, and it’s great for bonding with your little one and meeting other mums.
This class is for Mums with babies aged 6 weeks to sitting/crawling and Our wonderful instructor Heather creates a relaxed, fun environment where you can feed/change whenever you need to and keep your little one happy.
We will provide all the equipment that you need for your class, all we recommend you bring is a water bottle, easy to move in clothing and anything you might need for your little one
You can join this class at any point. And for every block of six you can miss one week (as little people can be somewhat unpredictable) and carry it over to the next.
With spaces limited we recommend booking in advance to ensure your place.
