EFT (emotional freedom technique) is a new form of therapy derived from acupressure.
Benita Scott is an Experimental Psychologist qualified to practitioner status in EFT/ Matrix Reimprinting, IEMT (integral eye movement therapy), mental health and nutrition and an End of Life Doula. Substantial experience in managing chronic illness and teenage mental health. She has always worked locally in Brighton and Hove and is also a member of Hove Stressbusters.
What is EFT and how does it work?
This technique explores various points on the head, hands and neck that are are tapped gently in conjunction with a style of talk therapy.
Tapping on these meridian points creates a reduction in stress hormones and shifts brain waves to a more relaxed state. It is very gentle, yet extremely effective way of finding new solutions to old issues.
It can be used for depression, anxiety, limiting beliefs, phobias and physical issues such as chronic pain, headaches and serious illness such as ME/CFS, fibromyalgia and much more.

1 hour session including online follow up with further advice and nutritional recommendations. £45
*£20 deposit will be required to secure this.
