Our instructor Dawn has just returned from a year in Asia teaching yoga and meditation at a retreat centre. We're so excited to have her back here at THLC!

A gentle introduction into Hatha yoga where the focus is on movement and breath and will include sanskrit chanting, asana (postures), pranayama (breath work), mudra (hand gestures) and meditation.
