Yin Yang Yoga

I am Dom Jarvis, qualified yoga instructor in the styles of Vinyasa Flow, Hatha and Yin Yoga. I continue to train as I practice, always looking for new information and ways to improve my clients experiences.
I teach a combination of these styles known as Yin Yang, which is very similar to the yoga that I use in my personal life. I find this style is great for general wellbeing, as a preventative medicine, for increasing energy, strength and flexibility. My class is open to all and is of a medium intensity.
My teaching comes from a belief that we all have the intuition to be balanced and joyful people. I come from a background of buddhist practice, which I hope gives me a good grounding for the physicality of yoga. I teach a wide range of people privately and in groups, including those recovering from injury and mental health problems. I also enjoy teaching those looking to further their spiritual lives.
