Fiona is passionate about nurturing and inspiring others. For her, every stretch is an opportunity to take care of yourself.
Open to all ages and abilities, Fiona’s approach is inclusive, light-hearted and down-to-earth. She is keen to make yoga accessible and can offer adjustments for most health conditions. Students are encouraged to go at their own pace and listen deeply to their bodies. The focus is on releasing tension and tiredness, but the postures will also build up your strength and stamina and leave you feeling more positive and confident!
Fiona’s been practising yoga for nearly 25 years, and teaching since 2001, including a variety of styles, 1 to 1 yoga therapy and training yoga teachers.
