Rebecca is a Women’s Health and Fitness Coach, specialising in pelvic floor and core rehabilitation. She uses a holistic, evidence-based approach to help women reconnect with their bodies, building strength from the inside out. She is the only Holistic Core Restore® coach working in Brighton & Hove and the surrounding area. This is the gold standard in postnatal and pelvic floor strengthening training.
Her work as a Holistic Core Restore® coach builds on her certification as a MuTu Pro and both postnatal qualifications complement her training as a Pilates teacher.
She works with clients to get a stronger lower back, and a more optimally functioning core and pelvic floor, which in turn helps to flatten the stomach. Rebecca is also a qualified STOTT PILATES® instructor which is regarded as one of the global leaders in the Pilates field. It is a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates.
As well as teaching pilates, Rebecca also teaches Holistic Core Restore® courses. These offer a really good lifestyle balance, sensible eating, core exercises and workouts which can be modified for everyone. She believes that there is a real need for better postnatal, peri- menopausal/post-menopausal care and she looks forward to helping as many women as possible.
