Hot & Cold Stone Massage 

Hot and Cold Stone Massage is a truly therapeutic treatment which uses warm basalt stones to improve health and well-being.

This massage treatment is similar to a traditional massage, using a base oil and combination of strokes and applying the hot and cold stones to provide a sense of warmth and increased benefits of massage.

During the treatment ‘placement stones’ will be applied holding the warmth in particular areas of the body to further increase the relaxation of the treatment.

Hot and Cold Stone Massage have many benefits;

• The use of the hot stones helps warm up muscles and reduces aches
• The use of the cold stones helps injury and recovery (aiding reduction in inflammation, pain and swelling.
• The use of the stones helps to get deeper into the muscles where needed therefore great in combination with a sports massage.
