James is our mechanical Osteopath, rehabilitation, and movement specialist. Using a combination of manual treatment, massage, corrective exercise and functional neurology, he aims to quickly bring about supportive changes within your body, that allow it to do its thing...Repair.

Time spent working closely with both the general public, and professional athletes has given him an approach to treatment and rehabilitation that supports individuals in their endeavours to maintain their hobbies, exercise regimes and athleticism while improving their symptoms and quality of life.

Treatment is most successful when there is collaboration between patient and practitioner which is why focus is placed on information sharing and understanding ones condition.  This “team effort” creates a faster, longer lasting improvement in symptoms.
